These terms explain in plain language how you may use towork.gr. For the use of our spaces, the Workspace Rules also apply and, where there is one, the private agreement we sign with you.

By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Who we are

2. When these terms apply

These terms apply to browsing the website and using its forms.

The use of our spaces and services is governed by the Workspace Rules and, where there is one, by the private agreement. If anything in these terms differs from your agreement, your agreement prevails.

3. Information, prices and availability

The information, photos, prices and offers on the website are for information only and may change without notice. The availability of our spaces varies with demand.

The final terms of any collaboration, such as price, duration and what is included, are those we agree with you in writing.

4. Forms and requests

Submitting a form, such as an availability request, a tour request or a registered business address application, does not create a contract. A collaboration begins when we confirm it and, where applicable, the agreement is signed.

We may decline a request, for example when there is no availability or the details are incomplete. The details you give us must be accurate, and you must have the right to provide them.

5. Using the website

You are welcome to use the website freely to learn about our services and to get in touch. It is not permitted to:

• use it for unlawful or abusive purposes;
• submit false details, or details of others without their permission;
• do anything that may harm its operation or security, such as malicious software or automated scraping of content.

6. Intellectual property

The website’s content, such as the text, photos, logo and design, belongs to ToWork or is used with permission. It is protected by Greek Law 2121/1993 and European intellectual property legislation.

You may view it and share it by linking to the website. Any other use, such as copying or republishing, requires our written permission.

7. Third-party links

The website contains links and embedded content from third parties, such as Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram, for your convenience. We do not control their content or practices and are not responsible for them.

8. Liability

We do our best to keep the website working properly and its information up to date. However, errors, omissions or temporary interruptions may occur, for example due to maintenance or technical problems.

To the extent permitted by law, ToWork is not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

10. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms when the website, our services or the law change. The version in force is always the one published here, and continued use of the website means you accept it.

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law provides otherwise. If any term is found to be invalid, the remaining terms continue to apply.
